Yes, * Cosmic * Surf's Up", which, given the changes we and all the world are going through at the moment, is certainly appropriate!
All the practices and therapies on this site are offered towards exploring and experiencing, in our bodies and through our whole selves, the Oneness that we are already a part of in a grounded way, and connecting with this more deeply in every moment. With awareness, we become increasingly authentic and present in the now.
I regularly update this site with details of forthcoming Kirtan gigs, Sanskrit Chanting classes and various Movement/Dance workshops, so check in occasionally.

UPCOMING EVENTS IN MAY 2012
KIRTAN SINGING , Open Mind Centre, Fri 11th May, from 7:30pm
This invitation is open to everyone - the larger the group, the more powerful the vibrations we can generate through singing these beautiful devotional mantras together!
The Open Mind Centre address is Pearse St, but the entrance door is just around the corner on Upper Erne St.
Please arrive from 7:30pm - we will sing from 8pm till 10pm, after which we will relax in the positive vibrations we've created together and enjoy sharing our prasad (small food offerings - learn more on the Kirtan page).
Price: €10 if you're earning, €5 if not, FREE for children under 12, who are very welcome - so you don't need to get a babysitter.

Kirtan Singing - As You Like It!
If you're interested in the transformative joys of singing Kirtan and would like to host a singing evening for your friends in your home, get in touch with me and we can arrange it. It's a great way to create and establish uplifting vibrations is your home. I will also be doing occasional kirtan gigs at yoga venues, etc, and will post details here when I have confirmed dates.
Weekly evening Biodanza Class Blackrock - on pause for the moment.
I'm currently looking for a more central venue for Biodanza classes. Will circulate details when I have secured one.
