What are you connected to? Where do you call for deeper connection? Where do you call for freedom in connection?
We first explore and strengthen our relationship with ourselves: body, heart and mind. We look at places within ourselves that are calling for our attention, calling for movement and expression, calling for healing. Through movement meditation and ecstatic dance we navigate ourselves back to the centre of who we are. From this place of an alive, awake, grounded connection with self we can meet and explore our relationships with others with fresh eyes, open heart and clearer perception. This is a place to take stock of and enliven our personal relationships and bring light to our connections so we can be more fully ourselves in relationship with others.
We will also have a simple Samhain ritual to honour our ancestors and loved ones who have passed.

The workshop is open to all who have a desire to dance and move.
Through learning to reconnect with our body, inviting breathe, intention, awareness and the alchemy of movement, we are inviting acceptance, expression, release, transformation and integration
Open to all - everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level, dance experience, age, physical condition. Beginners are welcome.
