Awakening ourselves into presence, in the space we are, in our own two feet we will spend time together connecting and moving with all that we are, offering nourishing acceptance of all that is so. From this fertile ground we will offer ourselves the time and space to shine the light of our attention on the seeds of potential growth within our hearts, our minds and our souls. We will offer this space to move, breathe and express, communicating to ourselves and each other our intentions and hearts desires.

 

Through the alchemy of movement, breathe, awareness, attention and intention we support and give life to all that we can become from the holding earth of acceptance of all that is so. 

 

Attendance of an Embodiment weekly class or equivilant work is a prerequisite.
