About the Artist

I was born in Dublin, Ireland . Began drawing  working as an architectural draughtsman in the sixties.
My paintings are less formal ~ usually abstract done in acrylic paint.

I'm a FULL member of the Pastel Society of Ireland too but,I rarely do pastel now .

My approach to art is probably influenced more by the many great inspired  and inspiring improvisatory musicians that I admire, than by great painters.

I have had my paintings exhibited in many galleries around Dublin and elsewhere but,most of my business I conduct on Merrion Square on Sunday afternoons. 

I'm on the west side, just accross from National Gallery ~ then walk down a bit northwards - pitch no.39
