Hi Folks!
I live on the Northside of the lovely Liffey with my wife and two cool kids.
I'm a GAA nut and fan of a very wide variety of music from easy listening to extreme metal! This diversity of tastes is also evident in my art - I jump from style to style as the mood takes me and am not content to reproduce the same work with minor differences. I draw my inspiration from the things I love. I try and capture the commitment, bravery and movement that I see in hurling matches, the romanticism I imagine in Irish mythology and enduring beauty of nature around us.
I work in IT so the ART is a valuable escape...
I'm self-taught, and have loved sketching people and places since childhood. Every third Sunday I show my work on Merrion Square East, Dublin 2.
