WebCT use across DIT
Students in every faculty throughout DIT are now using WebCT as part of their daily learning experience, with many students accessing elements of their courses online on a regular basis.
DIT eLearning Summer School
The DIT eLearning summer school has been running for the past 3 years. It offers an overview of the current eLearning landscape and aims to investigate issues such as why we use eLearning and how to use it most effectively.
Convened by the Learning Technology Team, in conjunction with Staff Training & Development, this event is aimed at anyone interested in both the theory and practice of eLearning, and those who are beginning to address the issues involved. Over five days, participants are introduced to some of the key concepts necessary to use e-learning successfully in the classroom, and given hands-on experience of using WebCT.
