 My emails are disappearing from my online inbox
Solution The most likely cause of this problem is that you may have POP3 set up through Microsoft Outlook or a similar email program on your PC. This essentially means that the emails are downloaded to your PC from the web mail server, meaning they are no longer visible in your inbox online.

In order to prevent this from happening you must disable the pop3 settings.

In Outlook 2003:



1. Click tools and go to E-mail Accounts


2. Select view or change existing e-mail accounts and click next.




3. Highlight your pop3 account settings and select remove to delete them.

4. Finally click Finish to save the changes.

Once these steps are completed, emails sent to your account in future will be left in your online inbox.
