One with the photos which are showing the good parts of the graveyard, and the other showing the state and damage of the graveyard.

I dont know how such an important graveyard can be left to be in such a bad state!

This is the picture I promised to put up of Wattie Farrelly. Wattie had some land by us, when we lived in the cottages at Kilshane Cross back in 1953-56. He came from the inner city of Dublin, as a young lad he came out to stay with his uncle Di.ckie Farrelly at the weekends. Eventually he stayed to live with his uncle full time. Wattie had some cottages not far from the royal oak pub at finglas bridge, each cottage had an irish acre of land. If there is anymore information you want just let me know.
In the picture with the horse and cart, di.ckie is the one with the bowlar hat, holding the dog. If anyone wants the information about the other people on the cart I have it!

wow Tony thanks.....they are great photos....where they both in the collection you found at the sale? I wonder what the photo of Wattie was taken for...looks professional....if your mam remembers any other stories I love to hear them and piece the history together.....my nan will be delighted with these photos.
