Update – 21/08/09

The Manager’s Report on Pre-Draft Consultations was presented to the Elected Members and considered at a Special Meeting of Council on 20th July 2009. At this Special Meeting the Manager’s Report was agreed and the Elected Members issued Directions to the Manager in the preparation of the Draft Plan. What happens next?

The preparation of the Draft Dublin City Development Plan 2011 – 2017 is now in progress. This will be circulated to the City Council by 12th October 2009, who will consider and finalise it for public display in December 2009.

At that stage the Draft Plan will be put on public display for at least 10 weeks, when members of the public will have another opportunity to make submissions/observations.
