The main responsibility of the Office of the Director of Community & Enterprise is to establish, support and facilitate the City Development Board with the implementation of the strategy for social, cultural & economic development of the city.The Director of Community & Enterprise is also responsible for RAPID in the city, the implementation of the Childrens' Strategy, and the development of community access to the web through the Universal Participation Initiative.
